At Essa Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Essa Lab designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our lab inspects the quality.
